	Business Developers

Should have knowledge on Desktop Applications as well as Web Application. PHP 5( sr. and jr. level ) (Immediate Priority) Drupal, Joomla, Ruby On Rails & with Latest Technology : (Minimum Exp required 1 + years) Coding for high-availability Drupal sites, preferably on MySQL Coding web user interfaces with XHTML, CSS and all the trimmings Cross-browser CSS and JavaScript, JQuery a plus Linux (Red Hat/Centos) deployment and scripting MySQL query optimization PHP Linux: (Minimum Exp required 2 + years) Excellent Work experience in LAMP. Strong background in Object Oriented Programming. Familiar with Apache and Linux web environments. Solid understanding of shell scriptingSolid understanding of MySQL database administration. Good oral and written communication skills are required. Must fully understand Object Oriented design principles. Experience designing and using databases required. Must know their way around SQL. Good Team Leading capabilities. OS Commerce and other open source Technology Knowledge is Plus

	Candidate should have experience of flash action scripting/Lingo scripting, flash media server, flash game development.

	Good Knowledge of character and modeling design
	Java- J2ee: (Minimum Exp required 2 + years) Core Java, JSP, and Servlets, with any one of the following: Struts, Hibernate, Ebb's, spring, Ajax, Web Services. Should have hands- on experience in Software Testing on server side with Test cases Execution. Knowledge/ Exposure to Linux or any flavor of UNIX OS. Should have worked on at least one database.
